Welcome to the Wallace Elementary Library Website

 

I'm the Teacher-Librarian at Wallace Elementary and I have the best job in the whole world.  I get to spend my days with our amazing Wallace students and outstanding teachers helping them with one of my favorite things...LEARNING!

 

Outside of school I am passionate about my family, animals (we have three rescue dogs), animal welfare, reading and learning.  I graduated from Drake University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education and a Bachelor of Arts in English in Journalism from UNI.  I also have a Master of Arts degree from Drake University in Journalism and Mass Communication and I'm currently enrolled in UNI's Master of Arts in School Library Studies program.  Can you tell I love to learn?  I sure do!!  I'm definitely a life-long learner and always up for a new learning challenge.
